To add recipes you've eaten to your daily tracker you can either add a recipe or a whole day at a time. Here's how:
Add a Single Recipe To Your Tracker
- Tap the 3 dots icon in the top right corner of the recipe:

- Select Add To Tracker:

Add The Whole Day To Your Tracker
- Tap the 3 dots icon on the right side of the date:

- Select Add Whole Day to Tracker:
